The board has established an email address for everyone to use to contact us so that you will not have to remember individual email addresses.  This address can be used for ARB requests and general requests of the board.  In addition, we will make our best efforts to email you from this address so you can distinguish our communications from general neighborhood emails/requests.  The address is: lakeshorehoamtp@gmail.com.

We love our four-legged friends in Lakeshore!  Please be reminded Mount Pleasant has a leash law for cats and dogs.

Please pick up after your K-9 children.  For those of you who are new to the neighborhood, there are doggie waste bags located at the pool for your convenience.  While your neighbors understand accidents happen, please make your best effort to be prepared for such an occasion.

Please see the Documents Page or contact the Lakeshore HOA Board if you require further information

Yard waste is generally scheduled to be picked up on Tuesday along with the trash.  The town of Mount Pleasant requires yard clippings and small debris to be bagged in brown paper bags and placed curbside for pick up.  Sticks and larger yard clippings can be left curbside.
